Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential customers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and other lead generation platforms.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified prospects, identify key decision makers, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Conduct market and customer research to identify business opportunities and support outbound sales activities.
- Support the Business Manager in preparing quotations, proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
- Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer requirements and respond to technical enquiries.
- Coordinate with suppliers and principals on product selection, technical information, pricing, and application support.
- Participate in customer meetings, site visits, product presentations, and demonstrations when required.
- Develop product knowledge, stay updated on industry trends, and support the preparation of technical sales materials.

Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related Engineering fields are preferred.
- Experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, Applications Engineering, or Industrial Sales Support is an advantage.
- Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, or similar business development tools is an advantage.
- Able to interpret technical specifications and product documentation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and willing to travel for customer visits when required.
