We are scaling up – and with scaling comes opportunity. We are now looking for a Sales Coordinator who is keen sitting at the intersection between Sales, Operations and R&D with a clear focus on taking ownership for the commercial data foundation.

The Team you will be part of

You will join our Program Management team based at our HQ in Ballerup and report to FalCom’s Head of Program Management. This is an insightful, international, and collaborative team with a results-driven mindset.

In this newly created role, you will play a key role in bringing together various parts of the sales process and its underlying commercial data foundation. You will be responsible for managing the flow of data and insights between sales, customers, and other departments withing the organization by contributing significantly to the operational efficiency of the commercial organization - helping maintain the smooth operations of sales and forecasting activities.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will be:

• Maintaining system records: Updating and validating sales data to ensure high accuracy in the company’s systems like HighStage for CRM & PLM, Microsoft D365 for ERP and related tools
• Entering and maintaining opportunities in our CRM system and managing master data for quotes, work requests or other project related orders
• Managing master data: Maintaining data flows across systems related to price lists, payments, order confirmations as well as other support activities around logistics, customs and incoterms
• Supporting Sales with: Preparing quotes, sales reports, and other supporting materials for meetings where needed
• Coordinating with Operations: Aligning on purchase orders acceptance, shipments and delivery timelines
• Collaborating with R&D and Product Management: Aligning on the development and type of test & evaluation equipment needed in the qualification phase for user trial
   

To perform well in the role, we imagine that:

• Preferably you will bring a few years of experience from a support or project coordination role
• Navigating across the organization comes easy to you even under pressure or uncertainty
• You are motivated by working with data and systems and take pride in ensuring accuracy
• Working in a technical / engineering led organization doesn’t scare you but excites you
• You take ownership and see yourself being the go-to person for the CRM system and sales tools, plus basic reporting and analysis in Excel or simple PowerBI dashboards
• Fully comfortable working in English, both spoken and written
