Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sales Administrator located in Dundalk, Ireland.

About the Role

We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to provide essential administrative and operational support to our Global Sales team. You will help coordinate customer enquiries and orders, maintain accurate records and systems, and work with internal departments to ensure sales requirements are completed accurately and on time.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Provide administrative and operational support throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate customer enquiries, quotations, orders and associated documentation.
• Maintain accurate sales records, trackers and information within relevant systems.
• Prepare reports and monitor required approvals and follow-up actions.
• Support document control, customer portals, onboarding activities and process compliance.
• Liaise with Sales, Commercial, Finance, Operations and external customers to resolve queries and progress requirements.
• Support the implementation of sales processes and departmental initiatives.
• Deliver a professional, accurate and responsive service to internal and external customers.

The Experience We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in sales administration, office administration, customer service or order processing.
• Business-fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• The ability to learn new systems and follow established processes.
• A customer-focused, collaborative and proactive approach.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work accurately to deadlines in a busy environment.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.

Advantageous Experience

• Experience working with CRM, ERP or sales management systems, such as Salesforce.
• Experience managing customer portals, document control or supplier onboarding activities.
• Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, construction or business-to-business environment.
