What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Monitor patient conditions and respond proactively to changes
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support positive outcomes
- Provide compassionate guidance and support to residents and families
What We’re Looking For
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care is a plus, but not required
