In the role of Responsible Artificial Intelligence Technology Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the integration of ethical considerations into artificial intelligence initiatives. This includes guiding the development and deployment of AI solutions that adhere to established ethical standards and regulatory frameworks. The role requires fostering collaboration across various teams to ensure alignment with responsible AI principles, while providing strategic leadership to promote the adoption of ethical AI practices throughout the organization. The position demands continuous engagement with stakeholders to address challenges and drive innovation in a conscientious manner.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to embed ethical AI principles into project workflows and organizational practices.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and capacity building within the team to enhance understanding of responsible AI.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure AI foundry.
- Experience with cloud-based AI service deployment and management.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to design scalable AI solutions with a focus on transparency and accountability.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure AI foundry.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
