What will you do?

• Supporting our international colleagues – not only before and during their arrival in the Czech Republic, but throughout their entire journey with us.
• Relocation support – you will explain the relocation process to candidates moving to the Czech Republic, help them with administrative requirements, and ensure a smooth transition to their new country.
• Administration and visa-related agenda – assisting with work and residence permit applications, communicating with authorities, and completing required documentation.
• Integration support – arranging accommodation, health insurance, medical examinations, and bank account setup.
• Managing employment-related changes – providing support with visa extensions, employer changes, or permanent residency applications.
• Collaboration with HR and external partners – maintaining regular cooperation with HR colleagues and external immigration law specialists.

Who are we looking for?

• You have strong communication and organizational skills and can efficiently handle a variety of tasks.
• You are comfortable communicating in English (additional language skills are an advantage).
• You enjoy administrative work and working with documents.
• Experience with employing foreign nationals or working in HR is an advantage, but not a requirement – we will teach you everything you need to know!
