Located in Robinson Township, The Bradley Center is dedicated to helping children and adolescents overcome mental, emotional, intellectual, and behavioral challenges. We provide compassionate, 24-hour care in a supportive environment, led by a multidisciplinary team under the guidance of a board-certified psychiatrist. Position Overview
The Bradley Center is seeking motivated and compassionate nurses who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children. This is an opportunity for individuals who bring creativity, initiative, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

No prior mental health experience? That’s okay. We value heart, dedication, and a willingness to learn above all else. Our nurses play a vital role on our clinical team, delivering both medical and psychotherapeutic care through thoughtful assessment, planning, and interventions.

We’re looking for nurses who bring both clinical skill and genuine compassion to their work. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to educate, support, and collaborate effectively with patients, families, and team members
  • Professionalism and sound judgment, ensuring safe, thoughtful decision-making in a dynamic care environment
  • A team-first attitude, embracing collaboration with a multidisciplinary group to provide the best possible outcomes for each child

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Safely administer medications and monitor responses
  • Provide clear, supportive medical education to children, families, and staff
  • Oversee routine healthcare needs, including physicals, dental and vision care
  • Conduct in-person assessments following crises, illnesses, or injuries
  • Collaborate closely with a network of providers—including pediatricians, psychiatrists, dietitians, nurse practitioners, and dentists
  • Actively participate as a key member of the weekly treatment team

Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing and have a current PA nursing license or be licensure eligible
