What you'll do:
You will be responsible for supporting Hiring Process for our Emmies across Europe, focusing on coordination, planning, and scheduling.
You will learn to use our resources in a dynamic way to increase speed and quality of our Recruiting Process.
You will manage interview scheduling and act as the main point of contact for candidates and interviewers.
You will cooperate within a multicultural team improving the recruitment process, candidate experience and time to offer .
You will support administrative tasks related to applicants tracking, referrals, and recruiting events when needed.
You will have the opportunity to develop as an interviewer and lead screening calls
Who we're looking for:
You are available to start 1st of November 2026
You are detail-oriented, organized, have excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
You are knowledgeable in MS Office, mainly Excel.
You have a critical thinking and a continuous improvement approach to day-to-day tasks.
You are people-oriented and thrive through collaboration with multiple stakeholders
You can create structure, have a strong hands-on execution, problem-solving skills, and result-orientation.
You are currently completing or just finished a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or its equivalent.
You are fluent in English, other European languages are a plus.
