As a key delivery partner supporting some of the Kingdom's most ambitious development programs, Jasara supervises major projects across sectors including mixed-use developments, residential communities, commercial facilities, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm developments.
We are currently building a talent pool of qualified professionals for anticipated project requirements across multiple regions of Saudi Arabia.
Jasara is currently engaged in an upcoming framework agreement for construction supervision in several regions across KSA (EOI)
Quantity Surveyor
Role Overview
Support the commercial and cost management activities of the Supervision Consultant, including measurement, valuation, variation review, and cost monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Review Contractor payment applications and supporting measurements.
- Verify quantities and completed works with the site team.
- Assist in reviewing variations and claims.
- Maintain cost and quantity records.
- Monitor project costs and identify potential cost impacts.
- Review BOQs, drawings, and specifications for measurement purposes.
- Support preparation of commercial reports.
- Assist with final account and close-out activities.
Project Locations
Potential opportunities may arise across:
- Central Region (Riyadh)
- Western Region (Jeddah)
- Western Region (Makkah - Madinah)
- Eastern Region (Khobar - Dammam)
- Southern Region (Aseer - Jazan – Najran)

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in construction supervision or consultancy preferred.
- Knowledge of measurement, valuations, variations, and cost control.
- Good knowledge of construction contracts and BOQs.
