JOB DESCRIPTION:
Help safeguard quality across a leading European Distribution Center
What You'll Do
- Support quality processes within the distribution center, including incoming inspections, returns management, quarantine control, ship holds, and document management.
- Perform visual inspections and evaluate materials against established quality requirements.
- Document quality activities accurately and maintain records in relevant systems and databases.
- Manage and monitor segregated inventory such as quarantined products, customer returns, demo equipment, expired stock, and biohazard materials.
- Support labeling, packaging, shelf-life extension, demo creation, product disposition, and related distribution activities.
- Assist in executing field actions, advisories, and recalls in collaboration with regional Quality and Regulatory Affairs teams.
- Contribute to internal audits and quality verification activities.
- Support clinical trial logistics, including product storage, traceability reporting, product returns, and final disposition activities.
- Participate in change control processes and maintain quality procedures and work instructions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to Quality Management System enhancement projects.
- Promote a strong culture of quality and compliance throughout the distribution center.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience working within a regulated quality environment.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 requirements.
- Experience supporting audits or inspection activities.
- Understanding of medical device regulatory requirements.
