Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams, with the aim of achieving and exceeding customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations. Each day, you will contribute to achieving the right balance of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, rapid response, and sustainable problem-solving. You will also collaborate closely with local functions that impact quality performance to achieve organizational targets and drive world-class results.

The work model for the role is: On site

Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.

This role supports the Smart Buildings NEMA Enclosures factory in Ramos Arizpe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support quality-related communications within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Assist in identifying and addressing quality risks and opportunities across the local organization.
• Utilize quality data analytics to identify risks, failures, trends, and non-conformances.
• Facilitate the resolution of customer issues through robust root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Supervision, Production Supervision, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings and electrical diagrams.
• Experience in manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Knowledge of quality control principles and quality management systems.
• Experience with process balancing, continuous improvement initiatives, and project monitoring.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and root cause analysis skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
