About the Opportunity
At Driscoll’s, quality is at the heart of everything we do. As a QA Field Advisor, you will work closely with our growers to ensure that the berries reaching our customers consistently meet the highest quality standards. You will combine your knowledge of fruit quality, data analysis, grower support, and continuous improvement to help optimize harvest processes and elevate overall grower performance.This is a highly collaborative role where you will work closely with Quality, Agronomy, Production, and our grower network throughout Morocco.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting growers in achieving and maintaining Driscoll’s quality standards while continuously improving fruit quality throughout the production process.
Key responsibilities
- Support growers on all quality-related topics, including harvest processes, fruit quality standards, and customer requirements.
- Analyze fruit quality data and provide clear feedback and recommendations to growers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor fruit quality performance from intake through customer delivery.
- Support investigations related to customer complaints and quality claims.
- Provide preventive and corrective recommendations to improve fruit quality and consistency.
- Work closely with the Agronomy team to align quality and production objectives.
- Support growers in implementing food safety and compliance requirements.
- Assist with the introduction of new berry varieties from a quality perspective.
- Support trials, pilots, and new packaging initiatives within the grower network.
- Identify opportunities to improve harvest processes and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate reporting and quality KPI tracking.
- Participate in regional quality projects, including organic production, zero-residue initiatives, and other strategic quality programs.
- Build strong relationships with growers and act as a trusted advisor in the field.

Candidate Profile
What you'll bring
We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional who enjoys working closely with growers and translating data into practical improvements.
- Any degree in Agribusiness
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Agribusiness, or Fresh Produce.
- Knowledge of quality management systems such as BRC, IFS, HACCP, and GlobalG.A.P.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
