We are looking for an experienced Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Professional to contribute to high-quality pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in a standards-driven production environment.
The role is suited for a professional with strong exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality systems, GMP practices, and regulated production processes. You will support efficient and compliant manufacturing operations while ensuring products consistently meet established quality and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day pharmaceutical manufacturing and production activities in accordance with approved procedures.
- Ensure manufacturing processes consistently comply with applicable GMP, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor production activities, process parameters, and operational controls to ensure adherence to established standards.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams on manufacturing-related quality requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of batch records, manufacturing documentation, logs, and production reports.
- Identify process deviations, quality issues, and operational risks and support appropriate investigation and resolution.
- Participate in CAPA, change control, deviation management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Engineering and maintenance teams to ensure equipment remains suitable for manufacturing operations.
- Support implementation and monitoring of standard operating procedures and manufacturing controls.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Maintain high standards of workplace cleanliness, safety, hygiene, and documentation.
- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits by providing required manufacturing records and information.
- Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, process consistency, and operational performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing challenges and meet production schedules.
- Ensure manufacturing activities are aligned with applicable USP, BP, and other relevant quality standards.
- Contribute to a culture of quality, compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, production, operations, or a related regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong hands-on understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and GMP requirements.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems, SOPs, batch documentation, deviations, CAPA, and change control.
- Experience working with QA, QC, Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and other cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing documentation, process controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with USP, BP, and other applicable pharmaceutical quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and process compliance.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve operational issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, quality-focused manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple production priorities while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
- Proactive approach to process improvement and operational excellence.
- A degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related discipline is preferred.
