What You'll Be Doing:

As the Property Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the operations and financial success of our luxury community in the heart of the Arts District. Your day-to-day will include:

• Financial Leadership: Manage the property within budget, ensuring maximum profitability while maintaining quality service.

• Team Leadership: Inspire, lead, and motivate a dynamic on-site team to ensure we meet and exceed our resident service goals. You’ll recruit, train, and develop top talent who thrive in a collaborative environment.

• Resident Experience: Deliver an unparalleled living experience by implementing and improving resident retention programs, addressing service requests promptly, and keeping resident satisfaction at the forefront of your strategy.

• Marketing & Leasing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that attract high-quality residents, driving leasing success.

• Maintenance Oversight: Oversee the maintenance of the property, ensuring all systems run smoothly and that the property maintains its pristine condition.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years as a Property Manager in the multifamily industry, with a focus on Class A communities. High-Rise experience is a plus!

• Skills: Strong sales, marketing, financial management, and operations experience. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are a natural at motivating teams.

• Education: A high school diploma is required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Leadership: You have a proven ability to lead a diverse team, delivering results while maintaining a positive, engaging environment.
