We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to lead projects from initiation through completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing project resources, schedules, budgets, and risks while ensuring successful delivery that meets business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and changes.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication and status reporting.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Allocate resources effectively and optimize team performance.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions.
- Track project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and lessons learned.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and contractual requirements.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–7+ years of project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Scrum Master certification.
- Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
