Requirements
5+ years professional experience managing software development projectsExperience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines (e.g., product launches, trade shows) with critical-path and buffer managementExperience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation pathsExperience with formal risk registers and change-control processesExperience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreamsExperience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines)Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teamsExperience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reportingExperience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar)Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executivesExperience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependenciesSubstantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teamsAbility to overlap US business hoursBachelor's degree requiredExtreme ownership and accountability for deliverablesClient-focused dedication to team commitmentsBest practices knowledge and adherenceStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilityPositive mindset and can-do attitudeMeticulous attention to detailPreferred Qualifications
