About this role

Just Eat is expanding its Retail Media offering by growing our Media Services team. We are dedicated to bringing powerful advertising tools to our customers to drive engagement and revenue. Our focus is on teamwork to deliver outstanding results.

In this role, you will play a key part in our ambitious growth plans. You will support our global sales and local market teams to strategically plan, sell, and report on campaigns. We take a deeply customer-centric approach to support our diverse commercial partners.

We are looking for someone who can naturally live our behaviours of lead, deliver, and care. You will bring fresh ideas, challenge the status quo, and push for bold, creative solutions. Together, we will drive the Just Eat Takeaway vision forward.
 

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Ops teams, stepping into their shoes to build strong internal relationships.

• Support our global and local sales teams by developing a true understanding of client advertising needs.

• Drive our offering forward by managing projects with a focus on aiming high and driving excellence.

• Own, develop, and deliver a first-class internal and external sales collateral and support hub.

• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and invoicing tasks efficiently to keep operations simple and clear.

• Analyse campaign data to troubleshoot issues, suggest optimization strategies, and provide clear reporting.

• Raise the bar by building case studies, organizing workshops, and sharing commercial success stories.
   

What will you bring to the team?

• Proven experience in account management, data analysis, and/or project management.

• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, working with stakeholders across all levels of the business.

• Broad knowledge of media and advertising metrics to help develop an understanding of our partners.

• Excellent attention to detail, remaining focused and committed to achieving goals in a fast-paced environment.

• A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to execute plans quickly to drive excellence.

• Great multitasking abilities, with the skill to prioritize several fast-moving projects simultaneously.

• A positive, collaborative work ethic, happy to give and receive feedback while making a lasting impact.
