Job description:

The Project Manager would lead and oversee strategic projects in India. This role requires a highly organised individual with administrative and project management skills. The successful candidate will ensure that projects meet customer requirements for high level of administrative compliance. The Project Manager will work closely with local and international colleagues to ensure all customer requirements are aligned for successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables that align with all customer requirements
• Monitor project progress, proactively assess project status and mitigate risks
• Hold regular internal review meetings to ensure we are meeting customer expectations
• Hold regular customer and customer nominated consultant meetings to advise on project progress
• Follow internal processes and maintain accurate project records, through risk registers, issue logs, decision logs, and action trackers
• Act as the local primary point of contact for projects
• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and there nominated consultants
• Coordinate communications between local and international teams
• Manage and upload customer documentation to customer portal, ensuring revision integrity is being upheld
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and reporting requirements

Qualification & Experience

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management or Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of project co-ordination experience
• Experience managing projects in India
• Experience providing extensive administrative and operational project support
• Project Management certification would be preferred

 

Travel:

·        May need to travel up to10% each year based on requirements.
