Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Controls Engineer/Specialist to join our team! In this role you will get to develop, establish, and maintain all aspects of the cost control effort on a portfolio of complex and demanding projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Program life cycle activities from project setup, maintenance, invoicing support, accruals, financial monthly projections and support month end close

• Support Quarterly Deep Dive, AOP, and monthly forecast

• Develop and Maintain Estimates at Completion (EAC) and assist in accurate projections of Estimates to Complete (ETC)

• Reporting and variance analysis to include Revenue, Profit, cash backlog and Risk and Opportunities

• Detailed analysis and validation of financial data to ensure accuracy and reasonableness

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Engineering or Construction Management (or related field).

• 3-5+ years of related work experience, or equivalent work experience required

• Experience using Excel, Forecasting Tools, PowerBi

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Costpoint, Cognos, Oracle EPM experience desired

• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies is preferred

Salary Range: $74,800.00 - $130,900.00
