As a Program Associate at Exponent Energy, you’ll work closely with the Program Management team to drive execution across multiple business, operations, and product initiatives. You’ll play a key supporting role in planning, tracking, and coordinating projects that help us deliver cutting-edge EV energy solutions at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end program execution across product development, operations and business teams
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between internal teams and stakeholders
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking key deliverables to meet timelines and goals
  • Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and blockers, and support mitigation planning
  • Maintain clear communication and documentation across all stakeholders
  • Support change management and process improvement initiatives for smoother program delivery

The ideal candidate requires

  • 1–3 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or a cross-functional leadership role.
  • Ability to analyse and manage risks, identify and mitigate impact
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Attention to detail and customer-first attitude
