Job Description
Assembler – Manufacturing Operations
What you'll do
- Assemble electronic and mechanical components following established procedures
- Perform soldering, packing, and final product testing
- Operate manufacturing tools, equipment, and workstations safely and effectively
- Conduct routine maintenance and basic upkeep of tools and equipment
- Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and report quality concerns and production issues
- Contribute ideas that support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
What you need
- Required: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Required: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Required: Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Required: Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Required: Good command of the English language
- Required: Comfortable operating manufacturing equipment and tools
- Required: Knowledge of ESD prevention practices
- Advantage: BCIT diploma or other technical education

Salary Range:
$34,600.00-$46,100.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
