Key Responsibilities

• Monitor product performance, operational health, and service reliability
• Coordinate with product, technology, operations, compliance, and support teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Ensure operational readiness and smooth execution of product launches, enhancements, and fixes
• Track key operational and product metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Establish and maintain workflows, controls, escalation processes, and operational documentation
• Support incident management, issue resolution, and continuous process optimization
• Drive operational efficiency, governance, and scalability across product operations
