We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Industrial to drive the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of innovative products serving industrial and manufacturing markets. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Industrial Products, B2B Product Management, and Manufacturing Solutions who can translate customer needs and market insights into commercially successful products.

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with engineering, sales, manufacturing, operations, and customer-facing teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize enhancements, and deliver solutions that create measurable business value. You will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy, driving market competitiveness, and ensuring products meet customer expectations while aligning with organizational growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for industrial and manufacturing-focused solutions.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and operations teams to translate business requirements into product specifications.
• Lead the complete product lifecycle from concept, development, and launch through continuous improvement and end-of-life planning.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer value, business impact, and market demand.
• Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to ensure products are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with quality standards.
• Develop business cases, product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans for new product launches.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and key business metrics to drive continuous product optimization.
• Support sales and customer success teams with product training, technical documentation, and customer presentations.
• Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful product adoption and long-term growth.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management within Industrial, B2B, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Industrial Automation environments.
• Strong understanding of industrial products, manufacturing processes, and B2B customer requirements.
• Proven experience managing the complete product lifecycle, including product strategy, roadmap planning, and successful product launches.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, customer insights, and business metrics to drive product decisions.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, operations, sales, and marketing.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional decision-making.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience developing business cases, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Ability to balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.
