The Product department is responsible for creating the best-in-class converting e-commerce websites in a very competitive landscape. Our team works with cutting-edge product technologies and adheres to best practices in A/B testing.
What Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for a Product Designer who combines strong UX/UI craft with product thinking and a deep understanding of consumer behavior. You’ll think beyond how an experience looks, considering how customers interact with it, what drives their decisions, and how design can create meaningful impact for both the customer and the business.
As part of our Product team, you’ll shape the end-to-end customer experience across our global e-commerce brands, owning design from early exploration through execution, testing, and iteration. You’ll partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing, using customer insights, experimentation, and AI-enabled workflows to move quickly, learn, and continuously improve experiences used by millions of customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the end-to-end design process for customer-facing e-commerce experiences, from early exploration through execution and iteration
- Design intuitive, high-converting experiences that balance customer needs, usability, and business impact
- Partner with Product, Data, Marketing, and Engineering to turn customer insights and business goals into effective product experiences
- Move quickly from idea to execution, using rapid prototyping and managing multiple initiatives in parallel
- Use, maintain and evolve our multi-brand design system, balancing consistency and scalability with evolving product and brand needs
- Collaborate closely with our global Design team, exchanging ideas and feedback to align on design direction and delivery
- Partner closely with Engineering to ensure designs are scalable, feasible, and implemented with high quality
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and iteration while applying strong product and UX judgment
- Clearly articulate and advocate for design decisions with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders, grounding recommendations in customer, data, and business insights
- Stay ahead of emerging trends and tools across consumer product design, e-commerce, and AI, bringing relevant ideas into our products and ways of working
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong track record designing customer-facing digital products
- Experience in B2C/D2C environments, preferably e-commerce or other high-scale consumer products
- Strong UX and UI experience, with a deep understanding of user behavior, interaction design, information hierarchy, and visual design
- Product and business judgment, with the ability to translate complex needs into simple, effective experiences and make thoughtful design trade-offs
- Experience designing in data-driven environments, with a strong focus on optimizing customer experiences, usability, and conversion
- Experience working with and evolving design systems and component libraries, ideally across multiple brands, products, or themes
- Proficiency in Figma, including user flows, high-fidelity design, and interactive prototyping
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled design and prototyping tools, with a strong curiosity and ability to independently learn and adopt emerging technologies
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work through rapid iterations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with experience collaborating with global stakeholders and senior leadership
- A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to bring a strong design perspective, challenge ideas when needed, and remain open to feedback and different points of view
