We are seeking a Product Designer with extensive experience in designing both complex internal systems and user-facing applications. Your mission will be to deeply understand the workflows, challenges, and goals of our users across multiple departments. By designing thoughtful, end-to-end experiences, you will empower them to do their best work. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen our organisation through intelligent automation and deliver scalable value for customer risk lifecycle management.

About  the team:

You will be part of an ecosystem focused on keeping our user secure:

• CRL: Customer Risk Lifecycle focuses on building a secure, compliant-by-design environment to manage the customer risk lifecycle through AI integration, internal system optimisation, and thoughtful app design. Our vision is to redefine the future of customer risk management to enable safe banking

In this role, you will:

• Drive the end-to-end design process: Take responsibility for the entire design process from initial research with users to conceptualisation, design, testing, and validation of operational solutions.
  
  
• Design for efficiency and effectiveness: Create solutions that prioritise usability, speed, and functionality for power users who interact with complex systems daily.
  
  
• Simplify regulatory complexity: Transform compliance requirements into intuitive workflows, ensuring that security and risk management are native parts of the user experience.
  
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work together with Product Managers, Engineers, and operations leads to turn user insights into product opportunities.

What you need to be successful:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience designing digital products, with a focus on both internal platforms and app design.
  
  
• Systems thinking: Proven ability to solve for complexity and navigate system constraints and intricate user workflows.
  
  
• User research: Experience conducting research with internal stakeholders and translating findings into actionable design solutions.
  
  
• AI Familiarity: Understanding of how automation and AI can augment internal team capabilities.
  
  
• User centricity: A user-centered mindset with a passion for solving practical, often messy, real world problems that involve system constraints, legacy infrastructure and complex user workflows.
  
  
• Strategic design: Demonstrated understanding of how design can drive operational efficiency and solve internal process challenges.
  
  
• Design advocacy: Ability to work collaboratively with non-design audiences and communicate design rationale and value clearly.
  
  

• Analytical mindset: Proven ability to use data and user feedback to identify product opportunities and measure UX success.
  
  

Nice to have

• Having deep expertise in architecting complex solutions for highly regulated environments like fintech, healthcare, and logistics. Experienced in designing both end-user mobile apps and secure internal tools, balancing complex operational requirements and strict compliance with an intuitive user experience
