Category Strategy & Planning

• Support the development of lash category strategies aligned with global brand goals and regional market needs

• Assist in identifying white space opportunities through market research and trend tracking

Product Development & Global Collaboration

• Coordinate product development tasks including packaging updates, pricing inputs, and regional adaptation needs

• Partner with domestic and international teams—including R&D, sourcing, packaging, and design—to ensure alignment on product specs, timelines, and market requirements

• Support localization efforts for product claims, artwork, and regulatory needs across global markets

Retailer & Channel Strategy

• Collaborate with sales and retail teams to support tailored assortments and promotional plans by market and channel

• Assist in preparing sell-in materials and product presentations for both domestic and international partners

Competitor & Market Analysis

• Track competitive activity and beauty trends across global markets

• Monitor regional consumer behavior and influencer impact to inform product strategy
