岗位职责：

1、需求对接与计划制定：对接技术、销售部门的采购需求，制定合理的采购计划，明确采购品类、数量、时间及预算。
2、供应商管理：开发、筛选优质供应商，建立并维护供应商档案；定期评估供应商资质、产品质量、价格及服务，优化供应商体系。
3、采购执行：根据采购计划实施采购，包括询价、比价、议价，确定采购合同条款并签订合同；跟进订单履行进度，确保货物按时、按质、按量交付。
4、成本控制：通过市场调研、谈判等方式，降低采购成本；严格把控采购预算，避免超支，提升采购资金使用效率。
5、单证与合规:确保所有进出口单证(如提单、箱单、发票、原产地证等)的准确、合规与及时，满足国内外海关及客户要求。
6、流程与文档管理：遵守公司采购流程，规范采购操作；及时整理采购合同、订单、发票、验收单等资料，做好档案归档工作。 

任职要求： 

1、本科及以上学历，国际贸易、物流管理、供应链管理、英语等相关专业优先。
2、具备2年以上国际物流或相关采购工作经验，有IT相关行业背景者优先。
3、熟悉国际货运(空运/海运)操作流程、贸易术语及进出口报关流程。
4、沟通能力强，能够高效地进行内外部沟通，具备优秀的跨部门协作能力。
5、CET-6，英语可作为工作语言，需对接德国合作伙伴 。
6、良好的抗压能力，能够适应快节奏的工作环境。
