Procurement Administrator
Location: Hybrid or remote options available flexible on location in the UK with visits to our office in Wimbledon

We are looking for a Procurement Administrator to keep purchasing, supplier and travel activity running smoothly across the business. You will play a central role in ensuring colleagues can access the goods, services and technology they need while maintaining strong governance, accurate records and efficient processes.
Working closely with Finance, Procurement, Technology, Legal and business stakeholders, you will provide the coordination and insight that helps control spend, improve user experience and support effective supplier management.
What you’ll be doing:
Drive the smooth flow of purchasing activity from request through to completion, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain high-quality procurement, supplier and contract records that support informed decision-making.
Coordinate technology purchasing requests and help deliver a positive experience for internal stakeholders.
Provide expert guidance on purchasing and travel processes, improving compliance and reducing delays.
Monitor renewals, exceptions and outstanding actions to minimise operational risk.
Produce meaningful reporting and insights that help track spend and supplier activity.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to resolve queries quickly and effectively.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen controls and improve service delivery.
Ensure purchasing and travel activity aligns with company policies and governance requirements.
Recognise and escalate risks, issues or non-compliant activity where appropriate.
What you’ll bring:
Experience in procurement, purchasing, finance administration or a similar business support role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Confidence working with business systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to analyse information, solve problems and make sound decisions.
Experience producing reports or working with operational data.
Knowledge of procurement, travel or supplier administration processes would be advantageous.
