We are seeking an experienced business transformation leader to drive the migration of Contract Lifecycle Management, Billing, and related operational processes from legacy SAP environments to SAP S/4HANA. This role will serve as the primary business lead for the transformation, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable solutions, processes are redesigned to leverage SAP best practices, and the organization is prepared for successful adoption.

Beyond the migration, the role will drive process simplification, automation, data quality, reporting improvements, and operational excellence initiatives to support the future operating model for Contract Lifecycle Management and Billing operations.

The successful candidate will define future-state business processes, influence enterprise-wide decisions, and ensure scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions that support business growth and customer experience objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business transformation and migration of Contract Lifecycle Management, Billing, and related operational processes from legacy SAP environments to SAP S/4HANA.
• Act as the primary liaison between Business Operations, IT, SAP teams, and external partners throughout the transformation journey.
• Define business requirements, future-state processes, and operating models to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
• Drive process standardization, simplification, automation, and operational efficiency through SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional process redesign activities across Business Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover, change management, training, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Establish governance, business controls, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms to sustain business outcomes.
• Leverage SAP S/4HANA expertise to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, process visibility, and operational decision-making.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies while providing clear status communication to leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives following SAP implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 8+ years of experience in business transformation, process excellence, ERP implementations, operational leadership, or related areas.
• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA business processes, data structures, reporting capabilities, and system integrations.
• Experience supporting Contract Lifecycle Management, Billing, Invoicing, Subscription, Services, Maintenance, or Order-to-Cash processes.
• Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technical organizations and influence senior leadership.
• Experience driving automation, digital transformation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong project and program leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Functional knowledge of SAP SD processes, including order management, billing, pricing, and integration with Finance and operational business processes.
