Die Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH ist ein Entwicklungs- und Produktionsstandort für Leistungstransistoren (Power MOSFET) mit über 550 Mitarbeitenden. Vishay investiert in Itzehoe in eine neue Halbleiter-Chip-Fabrik und erweitert damit künftig die Produktionskapazitäten.

Was Sie machen werden:

• Kontrolle und Optimierung des Prozess-Moduls Lithographie, u.a. durch Anwendung von Software gestützten Kontrollstrategien (R2R, FDC, …)

• Verantwortungsübernahme für die Prozesse und Anlagen für zugewiesene Tools , vorzugsweise Stepper/ Scanner

• Entwicklung und Qualifikation neuer Prozesse

• Erstellung von Spezifikationen und Qualifikation neuer Anlagen und Prozessmaterialien

• Bearbeitung von Projekten zur Kostenreduzierung, Qualitäts- und Produktivitätssteigerung

• Prozessüberwachung und Fehleranalyse: Identifikation und Behebung von Prozessabweichungen

• Betreuung der modulspezifischen Messtechnik und Sicherstellung der Prozessstabilität

• Anwendung statistischer Verfahren (SPC) und Durchführung von Datenanalysen

• Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen und Arbeitsanweisungen

• Schulung der Produktionsmitarbeiter und Prozesstechniker in der Abteilung Lithographie

• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Prozess- und Anlagen-FMEAs

• Enger Austausch mit Mitarbeitenden anderer Engineering-Abteilungen, der Maintenance-Abteilung sowie Anlagen-Herstellern

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (Master oder PhD) im Bereich Physik, Chemie, Elektrotechnik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet

• Gute Prozess- und Halbleiterkenntnisse

• mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Lithographie, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Stepper- bzw. Scanner-Prozesse

• Industrie-Erfahrung wünschenswert

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

• Selbstständigkeit, analytisches Denken, Qualitätsbewusstsein

• Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

• Hands-on-Mentalität

Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH is a development and manufacturing facility for power transistors (power MOSFETs) with over 550 employees. Vishay is investing in a new semiconductor chip factory in Itzehoe, thereby expanding its production capacity in the future.

What you will be doing:

• Monitoring and optimizing the lithography process module, including software-supported control strategies (R2R, FDC, etc.)

• Taking responsibility for the processes and equipment associated with assigned tools, preferably steppers/scanners

• Developing and qualifying new processes

• Creating specifications and qualifying new equipment and process materials

• Working on projects to reduce costs and improve quality and productivity

• Process monitoring and failure analysis: identifying and resolving process deviations

• Managing module-specific measurement technology and ensuring process stability

• Application of statistical methods (SPC) and performance of data analyses

• Preparation of process documentation and work instructions

• Training of production staff and process engineers in the Lithography Department

• Participation in the preparation of process and equipment FMEA

• Close collaboration with employees from other engineering departments, the Maintenance Department, and equipment manufacturers

What you will bring along:

• A completed degree (Master’s or PhD) in physics, chemistry, electrical engineering, or a related field

• Strong knowledge of processes and semiconductors

• Several years of experience in lithography, ideally with a focus on stepper or scanner processes

• Industry experience is desirable

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Independence, analytical thinking, and a commitment to quality

• Excellent written and spoken German and English

• Hands-on approach
