The Pro Serv Tech Support Specialist (Canada) will manage various website services, including SSL installation, WordPress website launches, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web technologies, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for creating seamless online experiences.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

• Launching WordPress Websites
• Email Troubleshooting  
• SSL Installing & Troubleshooting
• DNS change requests
• Basic website troubleshooting (Critical errors, builder/theme issues, updating plugins, etc.)

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Detail-oriented, problem solver, and dynamic.
• Dedicated, organized, and team-oriented.
• Experienced with HTML and CSS.
• Basic understanding of cPanel, SSL, Domain, DNS, and Email.
• Experienced with WordPress and WordPress Plugins.
• High school (or equivalent) is required.
• PHP and phpMyAdmin knowledge are a plus.
• FTP experience is a plus.
• Linux command line, WPCLI, and Bash experience are a plus. 
• College/University degree with a technology focus with 2-3 years of professional experience, a plus.

The target compensation range for this position is $18.00 to $22/hourly. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience, as well as internal equity and market conditions.
