The Pricing Analyst 2 role executes the B2B segment pricing strategy by implementing and maintaining sell prices on all product lines, product categories for individual customers and/or groups of customers via product catalog and pricing matrix tools. This position is critical to the profitability of product offerings and as such a keen understanding data integration, financial planning and analysis (particularly around various COGs components),business requirements gathering in an Agile environment and experience with B2B pricing optimization solutions, CRM/ERP systems and data warehouses.
Job Responsibilities:
Based on overall pricing strategy and pricing guidelines assists in development of pricing models for B2B product offerings leveraging B2B pricing solutions
Maintains sell prices on all product lines, product categories, and pricing matrix tools
Audits net sales prices as required to ensure profitability margins are maintained
Uses AI to review contractual obligations and pricing language to conduct annual B2B price increase.
Support CPI/CPI-U monitoring, data updates, and related reporting where contract terms require index-based price adjustments.
Research and resolve pricing discrepancies, contract conflicts, data gaps, and implementation issues before they result in billing errors or customer escalations.
Coordinate with Sales, Solution Consultants, Contracts, Billing, Operations, Customer Support, and Salesforce teams to ensure pricing changes are accurately communicated and implemented.
Track customer notification requirements and confirm communications are prepared, approved, and delivered according to contractual timelines.
Support ongoing improvements to Salesforce fields, reporting, permissions, and workflows connected to price increase tracking and governance.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors and 2 years of experience or HS/GED and 6 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets and draw meaningful conclusions and socialize within the product/sales/finance organizations
Familiarity with pricing concepts such as demand elasticity, lifecycle pricing and customer profitability modeling
Experience with predictive analytics (e.g., forecasting, regression, hypothesis testing, optimization)
Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Statistical Functions, VBA a plus)
Bachelors in Finance, Economics or Business Operations
4 years in a Pricing Analyst role
AI expertise to leverage contract scanning bot and work with AI team to deliver significant process improvements
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
Experience with large enterprise software deployments with a data science component
Understanding of agile development and business requirements gathering. Proficiency with various project management tools and principles. PMP certification a plus
Experience in pricing and analytics for B2B experience a plus;
Experience with BI solutions such as Tableau, Power BI
Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven fast paced environment.
Experience suggesting and implementing changes to processes and procedure and driving change management initiatives
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.Benefits
