The work:
We are seeking a technically skilled Analytics Engineer to support the CFIUS Analytics team. This role is a blend of data analysis and software engineering, focused on implementing and maintaining data solutions. Working alongside the project app architect, you will assist with building the technical components of our analytics platform, from the database to the front-end. The ideal candidate is a hands-on Microsoft Power Platform developer with a strong interest in data, analytics, and business intelligence. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and maintenance of database solutions and application components based on provided designs.
- Assist with the implementation of internal APIs and ETL processes using tools like Power Automate, Python, and Azure Data Factory.
- Help manage integrations with external APIs and configure data security measures under senior guidance.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Occasionally contribute to front-end application development using JavaScript/TypeScript and React. •Assist in applying analytics and AI functionalities using AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search. •Support the team’s DevOps process by helping to manage and execute deployment pipelines in Azure DevOps.

Here’s what you need:
- Core Knowledge: A solid understanding of the data science toolkit, including the difference between prediction and inference, various modeling techniques, and their tradeoffs. Familiarity with generative AI concepts and their practical application.
- Business Intelligence:
- Proficient with Power BI for creating, publishing, and maintaining complex reports and data models.
- Backend & Data Integration:
- Dataverse oPower Automate oPython (for scripting and testing)
- Azure Data Factory
- Front-End Development:
- JavaScript / TypeScript (Nice to have) oReact (Nice to have)
- Data Security: oFamiliarity with concepts like Security Roles (data access), OAuth (external API), and Entra ID (tool connections).
- Analytics / AI:
- Experience with or exposure to AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search.
- DevOps:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
