Position Overview
Salary: $100,000 + Benefits, Immediate 401k match, 15 days of PTO, 11 Federal Holidays
MKS2 is seeking a Platform Specialist to support the TALON Program under Accenture Federal Services (AFS). This role will focus on supporting and optimizing applications across iOS, Android, or Windows environments, ensuring system performance, security, and seamless user experiences. The Platform Specialist will collaborate with development, QA, engineering, and operations teams to troubleshoot issues, implement updates, and support enterprise mobility initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and optimize applications across iOS, Android, or Windows platforms.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve platform-specific application issues.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to deliver new features and enhancements.
- Support application deployment processes through App Store, Google Play, or Windows Store.
- Assist with enterprise mobile device management (MDM) and application security initiatives.
- Participate in testing, performance tuning, and platform updates.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
- Document solutions, configurations, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of experience supporting application development or platform engineering.
- Experience working in one or more of the following environments:
- iOS: Swift, Objective-C, Xcode, iOS SDK
- Android: Kotlin, Java, Android Studio, Android SDK
- Windows: C#, .NET, Visual Studio
- Experience developing, testing, and supporting enterprise-scale applications.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or Bitrise.
- Knowledge of application deployment processes and release management.
- Basic understanding of MDM solutions and enterprise mobility technologies.
- Experience working in Agile environments utilizing Jira or similar collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Apple Certified iOS Developer
- Android Certified Application Developer
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
- Experience supporting enterprise mobility or endpoint modernization initiatives.
- Knowledge of mobile security, device management, and application performance optimization.
Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or government-required clearance, if applicable.
