Position Overivew: The plant administrator ensures the smooth running of the office and coordinates work between all departments. Ability to manage workflow and deadlines.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Answer Phones in a timely and courteous manner
• Take orders over the phone and provide customer service
• Product descriptions to customers
• Process customer billing and payments
• Review and process month end customer statements
• Review and contact customer for past due invoices
• Understand inventory entry and reconciliation
• Code and process AP invoices for payment
• Internal and external customer services

Education:

• High School, GED, or equivalent is preferred

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
• Good research skills and attention to detail
• 10-key skills

Requirements:

• 2 years’ work experience in office environment
• Experience with multi-line telephone Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Typing 45+ wpm
