Physiotherapist – The Hills District, Sydney | Community-based | New grads welcome
Are you a Physiotherapist who loves the variety of community-based work — the mix of clients, the autonomy of being out on the road, and the reward of building real relationships over time?
Would you also love a role where the caseload actually stays local — no cross-Sydney driving, no unpredictable commute chaos?
If so, this one's worth a look.
About the role
Our client is a well-respected, community-focused allied health provider with a strong presence across Sydney and interstate. They're looking for a Physiotherapist to join their team covering The Hills District, working with clients in their homes and communities.
The caseload is deliberately kept local to the Hills area rather than spread across all of Sydney — so you can plan your day around geographically sensible visits and avoid burning half your week in the car. Occasional travel outside the area may come up depending on client needs, but they work hard to keep clinicians' patches manageable.
Your caseload will be primarily NDIS-funded, with a mix of paediatric and adult clients, plus some scope to work with other funding streams.
What's on offer
- Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 + Super, depending on experience
- Kilometre reimbursement + tolls covered where toll routes are needed
- Geographically contained caseload — Hills District focus, not all of Sydney
- Mixed paediatric and adult NDIS caseload — clinical variety, meaningful outcomes
- Community-based role with genuine autonomy in how you structure your days
- Supportive HR and clinical leadership behind you
- Flexible start date for the right candidate
- Open to both new graduates and experienced Physiotherapists — the emphasis is on fit and a genuine interest in community work
Who this suits
- AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist (new grads and experienced clinicians both welcome)
- Genuine interest in community-based work
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own schedule
- Warm, adaptable, and enjoys building rapport with a wide range of clients
- Full driver's licence and own vehicle
- Australian working rights
