About the Role
You'll manage a mixed neurologic and orthopedic caseload, combining independent clinical work with a patient-oriented approach. The practice is actively hiring and welcomes recent graduates who meet the licensing and core clinical requirements, as well as experienced physical therapists. Clinicians who demonstrate initiative have the opportunity to take on increased responsibility within the practice. Full-time and part-time schedules are accepted; specific workdays and hours are to be confirmed, with scheduling in Eastern Time.
Salary: Give each patient a full hour of your attention, with no overlapping appointments and compensation of $50-$55 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Manage a mixed caseload of patients with neurologic and orthopedic needs.
- Tailor treatment to each patient's needs rather than dividing your attention across simultaneous appointments.
- Deliver focused, one-on-one physical therapy during dedicated, hour-long sessions.
- Keep the patient experience central to your care, providing consistent attention throughout each visit.
- Take ownership of your day-to-day clinical responsibilities with independence and sound initiative.
- Take on broader responsibilities within the practice as you demonstrate readiness and initiative.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- A valid Physical Therapist license; licensure is the primary requirement.
- The ability to treat both neurologic and orthopedic patients.
- Comfort providing one-on-one, hour-long treatment sessions.
- A patient-oriented approach to clinical care.
- The ability to manage your clinical responsibilities independently.
Recent graduates are welcome. Substantial prior experience is not required, provided you meet the licensing and core clinical requirements.
