Central Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. Whether you are an experienced clinician or a new graduate, this is an opportunity to provide meaningful, resident-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications
Current California Physical Therapist (PT) License in good standing required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
