Description
You'll manage the full employee lifecycle for our US-based teams from our New York office. In this hybrid role, you'll coordinate onboarding, facilitate day-to-day employee queries, and manage offboarding with care. You'll partner with Payroll, IT, and Facilities to keep operations running smoothly. Your expertise in HRIS data management ensures our records remain accurate and audit-ready. This is an exciting opportunity to take real ownership of a vital culture-building function.
What You'll Do
You will report into the People Business Partner
- Coordinate onboarding logistics and lead new hire orientation to ensure a welcoming experience.
- Serve as an approachable, empathetic first contact for day-to-day employee inquiries.
- Facilitate performance review cycles and manager training timelines.
- Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and compliance documentation.
- Maintain HRIS accuracy, processing data changes and generating business reports.
- Plan employee wellness initiatives and assist with diversity programming.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong relationship management skills with a professional approach to sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and good judgment when handling confidential matters.
- Motivation to learn quickly and adapt to changing team needs.
- Familiarity with HRIS databases and data entry standards.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for writing engaging newsletters and updates.

The expected range for this role is $65,000 - $76,000. This is a hybrid role, working 2 days from the New York office.
