Who You'll Be Working With
At PMG, you’ll be part of a collaborative People & Culture team that cares deeply about creating a thoughtful, consistent, and well-run employee experience. Within our People Experience team, you’ll work across the organization to support employees through important workplace moments while helping strengthen the programs, processes, and technology that make those experiences possible.
Day to day, you’ll move across a wide range of People needs—from employee questions, accommodations, and employee relations processes to onboarding, immigration, contractor management, and program delivery. You’ll partner closely with HR Business Partners, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, Legal, and other teams to ensure employees receive clear, consistent, and thoughtful support.
Just as importantly, you’ll help us continuously improve how People & Culture operates. You’ll look for friction, question processes that could work better, and use data, technology, automation, and AI to build more scalable and effective ways of working.
If you’re a well-rounded People professional who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is equally comfortable navigating a sensitive employee conversation and improving the process behind it, you’ll feel right at home here.
