What You'll Do
Monitor key payment and risk metrics, including approval rates, transaction volumes, and fraud alerts.
Analyze performance across clients, markets, payment methods, and risk indicators.
Identify and investigate unusual trends, processing anomalies, and emerging threats.
Use AI tools and machine learning techniques to improve fraud detection and risk analysis.
Provide clear findings and recommendations to Payments leadership and collaborators.
Generate consistent payment and fraud performance reports for iLottery and iGaming.
Ensure data accuracy across internal systems and business intelligence tools.
Develop and maintain reporting standards, controls, and validation procedures.
Find opportunities for payment and fraud optimization and cost savings.
Investigate payment incidents and fraud events, partnering with internal teams and service providers.
Document root causes, corrective actions, and ongoing monitoring requirements.
Support payment and fraud preparedness for new clients, markets, and providers.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of experience in payments, financial services, fintech, gaming, e-commerce, transaction processing, or fraud/risk analytics.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data validation.
Experience working with business intelligence platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
Ability to identify data-quality issues and reconcile information across multiple sources.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Interest in or experience with AI methods and approaches for data analysis and fraud detection.
Experience working directly with payment processors, acquiring banks, gateways, or ACH providers preferred.
