As a Payment Processing Assistant (Fixed term, 1 year contract) with Convera based in our Vilnius office, you will need to provide consistent, quality service by working closely with Client Support, Sales, and Internal Stakeholders in facilitating customer transactions. This is a hybrid work model (onsite 2-3 times per week), working hours Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm. (Flexibility regarding working hours is required, as the start time may shift later to 10:00-11:00 AM in the future.)

You will be responsible for:  

• Review and validate banking details received from both internal and external parties. 
• Build beneficiary templates with the banking details provided from clients.  
• Understand the country – currency requirements and process outgoing payments from business clients. 
• Monitor intake channels to ensure the respective processing within the agreed service level agreement.  

You should apply if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree (or final year student). 
• A strong attention to detail, as well as a sense of initiative and proactivity. 
• Ability to learn quickly and operate in a high-paced, high-volume, dynamic environment, maintain targets and meet tight deadlines. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English written and verbal.
