Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly is a key part of daily activities, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of the software landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
- Experience in designing and implementing low-code solutions to meet business requirements.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management including configuration, deployment, and release management.
- Ability to work with APIs and integrate third-party services within packaged or software as a service applications.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain system stability and performance.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
