We are a fast-growing, bootstrapped pay-per-lead marketplace connecting US real estate investors, wholesalers, and contractors with exclusive motivated-seller and roofing leads. With 1,500+ active buyers and a new live transfer system launched in March 2026, we're scaling fast. We're looking for a driven, metrics-obsessed closer to own the full sales cycle – from cold dial to first deposit. This is a high-performance, commission-driven role for someone who thrives on rejection and loves the chase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold call US real estate investors from CRM database to pitch and qualify buyers.
• Manage end-to-end pipeline: prospecting, nurturing, objection handling, and closing deposits ($1,500–$10,000+).
• Log all activity in GoHighLevel and keep 100+ active deals moving simultaneously.
• Hit weekly minimums: 300+ dials/day, 8 pitches (10+ min), 3 hrs talk time, 3 appointments, 10 closed sales, $20K in deposits.
• Post daily stats in team Slack (dials, pitches, talk time, closes, deposits).

Requirements

• 1+ year of outbound cold-calling sales experience (B2B preferred) with real estate, lead gen, or financial services background.
• 1+ year CRM experience – GoHighLevel proficiency or fast learner; Airtable familiarity a plus.
• Proven track record building a pipeline from scratch with zero inbound leads.
• Confident, clear spoken English for US investor calls.
• Resilient, self-disciplined, and coachable – reviews own calls and applies feedback fast.
• Tech: high-speed internet, headset-ready for up to 8 hrs/day.
