Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process orders (90%)
  • Review Salesforce opportunities for approved quotes from Sales.
  • Verify and update Salesforce to make any needed adjustments/corrections for order accuracy.
  • Process and fulfill orders, including software license key delivery.
  • Ensure invoices are properly generated and delivered.
• Customer Support (10%)
  • Assist internal and external customers in resolving order-related issues that may require redirection via emails or phone calls. 
  • Escalate to the Senior Order Management Specialist for resolution as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive work experience in Order management.
• General knowledge and experience with computers and business office software (email, word processing, spreadsheet, Windows).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented; able to manage large volume of work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related-field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with Excel.
• Experience with software maintenance renewal activity.

Travel Requirements:

Minimal <5%
