Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification Service in Qatar.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Focusing on achievement of defined targets, including inventory turn on finished goods, requested on-time delivery, and Net Promoter Score.

• Processing orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.

• Acting as the first port of call for customers’ queries and orders and ensuring the resolution of customer issues.

• Supporting in pre-sales or after-sales service by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and efficient customer communication by utilizing specific commercial communication tools.

Qualifications for the role

• You  enjoy working with ERP system (SAP), follow up with different supplier and update system in order to monitor and achieve our ROTD, cash collection, and revenue KPI’s .

• Ability to demonstrate your experience in order handling

• You have 10 years of experience in order handling activities, where you will be responsible for Booking customer orders in ERP system, issuing internal PO, following material deliveries and payment collection.
  Working as a Order Handler with Electrification product (MV and LV products including protection relays.

• Possess an enhanced knowledge of ERP system such as SAP, as well as skilled in Excel and other reporting tools.

• Degree in Business Management

• You are at ease communicating in English and Arabic
