As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will partner with multiple departments to drive business growth, exceed customer expectations, and serve as a dedicated point of contact throughout the order fulfillment process. This position is part of the Customer Service team within Philips' Sleep & Respiratory Care (S&RC) division.

Your role:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, delivering responsive support and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Managing customer inquiries, complaints, order requests, and escalations while setting clear expectations and providing proactive communication throughout the resolution process.
• Managing order prioritizations for sales team, escalating shipping issues to distribution, modifying order line blocks based on allocations from global product managers, and balancing orders between distribution centers.
• Proactively identifying issues and address with short term and long-term solutions and searching for opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Displaying a commitment to quality by following required procedures and practices and searching for opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Establishing goals, in partnership with your manager, that support your personal and professional development. Taking ownership of your development plan, executing against it to grow in your current role and prepare for future career opportunities.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Order Fulfillment, or similar. Direct experience within a Business-to-Business capacity is preferred.
• Your skills include:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with strong telephone etiquette and proven customer problem-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel is required. SAP experience preferred.
  • Ability to solve non-routine product, pricing and shipping issues as they relate to current products and customers.
• You have a High School Diploma or Vocational Education.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. 
• You’re a collaborative team player with a proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in PA is $22.00 to $34.00 per hour.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Murrysville, PA.
