Job Description:

Job Summary:**

CROWN Beverage Cans Ziyang Limited is seeking a dedicated Operator to ensure the efficient and safe operation of production machinery and equipment. This role is crucial in maintaining high-quality output and meeting production targets in our Ziyang facility.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Operate and monitor assigned production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
* Perform routine checks, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting to maintain optimal machine performance.
* Monitor product quality throughout the production process, identifying and reporting any defects or deviations.
* Load and unload materials and products as required, ensuring proper handling and storage.
* Complete production logs and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and continuous improvement.
* Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to the appropriate personnel immediately.
* Assist with machine setup and changeovers as needed.

Job Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably with machinery operation.
* Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
* Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
* Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
* Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as production demands require.
* Understanding of basic safety procedures in a manufacturing setting
