About the role

What you need to know:

• Provide operational support to maintain Selling Agreements, amendments, and commission schedules.
• Maintenance of active broker/dealer records, onboarding new firms along with their corporate insurance licenses to sell our products.
• Maintenance of commission systems with rate changes along with reconciling commission errors in the system on a weekly basis (RECON)
• Assist the following teams internally:  Sales, SRM, Strategic Accounts, Compliance, Legal, Audit Team, Product Management, New Business, Compensation, Licensing, QA/Adjustments, IT, IFM, ABSS, Marketing and Call Teams
• Assist the following externally: Broker/Dealers, Agencies and State Dept. of Insurance
• Ability to work in a highly time-sensitive environment while executing with attention to detail.
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in a production-oriented environment by applying your excellent customer service and communication skills as well as the ability to carefully manage and prioritize a large caseload for product launches.
• Performance will be measured based on the volume of task assigned and the quality of the work.

What we’re looking for:

Experience:

• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage emails.
• Ability to work successfully in a structured fast paced team environment which means your day will go by fast. You must be able to manage multiple tasks at one time.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to adapt to fast-changing priorities
• Track record of effectively managing multiple project deadlines with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.

Work Location

This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s [Woodland Hills, CA; Houston, TX or Amarillo, TX] Office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
