Hiring Unit:
Financial Services
Position Summary:
Positive attitude while greeting and answering general inquiries
Collects and enters data into established databases
Receives, sends and sorts mail, parcels and various forms
Document preparation and may include sorting, collating, filing, scanning, photocopying and shredding
Creation of student expense reports (data entry) in Workday based on Jira requests
Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities
High School diploma with minimal or no experience.
Only students enrolled in the Work Study Program are eligible. Proof of Certificate for the academic year 2026-2027 is required.

Knowledge of English: McGill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level # (qualifier) on a scale of 0-4.
